  1. The first contact: you have left the application on our web-site and we contact you in the most convenient way. During the conversation you can ask all questions that you have
  2. Filling in the questionnaire: after a call our Manager will send you a questionnaire. We kindly ask you to answer these questions to allow us to make a program of event for you and calculate its budget
  3. Discussion of the program: 5-6 days after receiving your questionnaire  our managers will send you the event program and its price. Then we will discuss the details of a tour and make desirable changes.
  4. Making changes and re-discussion: Taking into account All your wishes  we will make all necessary changes in the program
  5. Signing of the contract and prepayment
  6. Visa application (if necessary)
  7. Meeting in Russia
